Terms and conditions

The website pensiunea-piatragraitoare.ro presents Piatra Grăitoare Guesthouse in Vârtop and takes booking requests. The details of the company that runs the guesthouse and the website are at the end of this page.

The booking request

The form on the website sends a request, not a confirmed booking. We check it and contact you by phone or e-mail with availability and the price. The booking is confirmed once you have paid the deposit.

Prices on the website are per room and per night, in Romanian lei. We confirm the final price for the dates you ask for.

Deposit, cancellation and house rules

• The deposit is the price of the first night, paid by bank transfer.
• Cancellation is free up to 30 days before arrival. After that, the deposit is not refunded.
• Children under 6 stay free; children aged 6 to 14 pay half the rate.
• Pets are not accepted.
• Invoices: give us your invoicing details by phone, after payment.

Right of withdrawal

Booking accommodation for specific dates is not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal, under article 16(l) of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. The cancellation terms above apply.

Complaints

If something was not right, tell us first, by phone or e-mail. If we cannot settle it, you can contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro) or use alternative dispute resolution (SAL).
